Learning about the forest is almost as fun as fishing! Total Outdoors is lucky enough to have 190,000 acre Bald Eagle State Forest as its home base of operation. On our group hikes you might see Bald Eagles, Osprey, Herons and King Fishers near the creek. We will see many different trees, plants and flowers along our hike that we will identify. On private land we have access to wildlife blinds and will be able to see Deer, Turkeys, Fox, Chipmunks and the various birds in there natural environment. This will be a fun day of hiking and scouting out what the forest has to offer. This day will be about teaching the students what a quality forest has to offer and why Penns Creek is so unique.
